This project became a pivotal moment of self-discovery, empowering to embrace my unique artistic vision without the weight of external expectations. I could let go of having a topic, and just started making.
Beginning with my favorite medium: collage. By working with my own materials, from old home videos to film photography from my exchange in Philadelphia and old Minerva work, I mixed different worlds into one. Weaving the material with fragments of memory, identity, and cultural exploration. Using paper and scissors or digitally, I created new realities piece by piece.
Through experimentations, the elements of my personal archive started talking to each other and have a conversation of their own. Intuitively it became an autobiography that combines video, illustration, animation, music and more. Celebrating playfulness and individualism, my style is boldy expressive with only one rule: to have fun.
Step into the Virtual Reality universe and join in on the creative exploration journey to experience the power of collage yourself.

COPY//PASTE made its debut at the Minerva Graduation Exhibition in Scheemda. In an effort to immerse visitors in the VR experience and pique their curiosity to put on the VR glasses, I crafted a unique collage installation through videomapping. This eclectic display fuses tangible photo frames, hand-drawn frames, real photographs, artistic collages, static digital images, and dynamic digital collages and videos. It serves as a visual representation of my diverse personal archive, encapsulating the essence of mixed media and offering a glimpse into the distinctive look and feel that awaits the audience.
